Our Team

Nick Fownes

Founder/Creative Director

Nick Fownes, from Kitchener, is Creative Director at Huxley Talent. He started as a professional photographer, developing a strong eye for detail and composition. Moving to Toronto, he gained experience in entertainment, talent representation, and visual storytelling. Nick uses this background to shape the agency’s look, lead photoshoots and campaigns, and showcase each model’s strengths.

Vanessa Charters

Director of Model Development

Vanessa Charters is a model, starting in the industry young in her teens years she now has a decade of experience. Working in everything from editorial, commercial and runway. Vanessa also has taken this to social media working directly with brands and learning the ins and outs of branding, collaboration gaining experience on all fronts. After exploring teaching and success in different workshops she has Joined Huxley to take on lead in development.
